Piano & voice lessons · All ages
Personalized music lessons that build skill, confidence, and a lifelong connection to music—one thoughtful note at a time.
Meet your teacher
Hi, I’m Heather. I help students grow into capable, expressive musicians in a studio where curiosity is encouraged and progress is celebrated.
Whether you’re meeting the piano for the first time, returning after years away, or ready to deepen your vocal technique, we’ll shape lessons around your goals, your pace, and the music that moves you.
My teaching approachWays to learn
Strong foundations, meaningful repertoire, and room to make music your own.
01
Build confident technique, expressive playing, sight-reading, and musicianship through music you’re excited to learn.
02
Discover a healthy, natural sound while developing breath, range, musicality, and the confidence to share your voice.
03
Connect the dots between the music you see, hear, and create with theory and ear training woven into every lesson.
The studio approach
There is no single path to becoming a musician. I balance clear, age-appropriate instruction with space to explore—so students understand not just what to play, but how and why music works.
PersonalEvery lesson begins with the student in front of me.
EncouragingHigh standards and genuine kindness can—and should—coexist.
Whole-musicianTechnique, reading, listening, creativity, and expression grow together.
Heather has a gift for meeting students exactly where they are. Lessons are the highlight of our week, and the confidence we’ve watched grow goes far beyond the piano.

What to expect
Tell me a little about yourself, your experience, and what you hope to learn.
We’ll get acquainted, make some music, and find the lesson length that fits.
Leave each lesson with a clear plan, fresh inspiration, and something to celebrate.
Good to know
Still wondering about something? I’m always happy to chat before you book.
Piano students need regular access to a piano or full-size weighted keyboard. If you’re choosing one, I’m happy to offer guidance.
Readiness varies, but many piano students begin around age six. Voice lessons are generally best suited to teens and adults.
Not at all. Adult beginners and returning musicians are warmly welcome, and lessons move at a comfortable, practical pace.
Yes. Optional studio gatherings and recitals give students a welcoming way to share what they’ve learned.
